Medicine Plant Order Form - AFN ONLY

Important Information:

• This form is to be used for Alderville First Nation members to order medicine plants from the Mitigomin Native Plant Nursery.

• You will receive young, living plants to grow on and harvest at home.

• Information about how to best take care of your plants will be provided when you pick them up in the Spring!

• Plants will be ready for pick up at the Black Oak Savanna in mid-May 2025.
